Guidelines for Abstract Submission
1. TEMPLATE. Template (WORD file) is possible to be downloaded just below.

2. FORMATTING. We recommend that you create the properly formatted Abstract externally in Word or similar software and then convert it to PDF file.
3. SUBMISSION. The abstract (PDF format) should be sent to the ACCIS2015 committee via e-mail (accis2015@gmail.com). The body of e-mail is requested to contain the following information on your presentation, using “Abstract submission” as a subject.:
・Title of your presentation
・Presentation style: Oral or Poster
・Presenting author’ name
・E-mail address of the presenting author
・The most appropriate topic among the above scientific topics:
4. CONFIRMATION OF SUBMISSION. Authors who successfully submit an abstract will receive an e-mail reply confirming the successful abstract submission. This confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the author’s contact details.
5. ACCEPTANCE. Please note that the scientific committee will make the final decision on the type of communication for the accepted abstracts. Accepted abstracts that do not qualify for oral communication will automatically be selected for poster presentation. The presenting authors must be registered in ACCIS2015. Abstracts of authors (presenters) who have not registered and paid by 25 October 2015 will be automatically removed from the abstract book and program.
6. WITHDRAWAL. Authors who wish to withdraw their abstract from the scientific program are kindly requested to notify the conference secretariat via the e-mail (accis2015@gmail.com), using “Abstract withdrawal” as a subject.
