Registration fees

Registration fee includes:

• Invitation to the Welcome Reception on 24 November, 2015
• Access to all Scientific Sessions
• Coffee breaks during the Symposium days
• Symposium documentation
• Symposium Banquet on 26 November, 2015

* Students must send a copy of a valid student card or a signed declaration of her/his supervisor.

** Accompany person should be regular participant’s family relatives. The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions in ACCIS2015, welcome reception, and banquet.

Asian Foreign Country Membership to JOCS Member Recruitment

Please join for Asian Foreign Country Membership to the Japan Oil Chemists’ Society (JOCS)[AFCMJOCS]. Because the JOCS is one of sponsors in ACCIS2015, the registration fee is able to cover the annual fee of AFCMJOCS during 2015. If you* are interested in AFCMJOCS, please fill out in English in the  AFCMJOCS (here) form and send by e-mail to the ACCIS2015 office (accis2015@gmail.com) until 31st of October. Then, you will join automatically in AFCMJOCS. If not interested in, nothing happens.

Merit of AFCMJOCS:

• ACCIS2015 registration fee covers the annual fee of AFCMJOCS during 2015.
• AFCMJOCS members are applied to reduction in the submission fee of Journal Oleo Science (JOS) published by JOCS.
• Others

*Person（regardless of their nationality, non Asian also acceptable）is not a Japanese national. (However, persons residing in Japan are exempted.)

Cancellation Policy:- Closing date for pre-registration: 24 November 2015. After this date, registration will only be possible on the conference site. – Registration cancellation received before 25 November 2015: refund of Registration Fee minus 10 % (handling charge). – Registration cancellation received on and after 25 November 2015: no refund of Registration Fee. Any cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be sent by email to the conference secretariat via the email address “accis2015@gmail.com”.

Privacy: Please note that a list of registered delegates (name and organisation only) will appear on the conference website. Contact details of delegates will also be distributed to all exhibitors and sponsors. If you do not want your details included on this list, please advise the Conference Secretariat in writing.
