１．Position

One opening for professor, associate professor, lecturer or assistant professor

２．Description

In addition to teaching the following courses, successful candidates will assist with duties related to the department.

（1）Duties：Teaching, research, contribution to society and administrative duties

（2）Courses：Candidates will teach from among the following courses:

Courses for Pharmaceutical Sciences	Hygienic Chemistry, Environmental Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences Seminar, Practical Training and/or Graduation Thesis
General Courses	Freshman Seminar and Global Environmental Studies
Graduate Courses	Courses related to Preventive Pharmacy and/or Special Studies (not applicable for an assistant professor)

（3）Scheduled start date：April 1, 2025

３．Requirements

1. Ph.D. degree at the time of appointment
2. Pharmacist license preferred
3. Outstanding research achievements in the field of Environmental Toxicology
4. Willingness and enthusiasm in pharmacy education and the ability to promote research in the field of environmental toxicology
5. A person of exceptional character, insight, and cooperativeness
6. A person who can live in Sasebo City or nearby after employment
7. Any nationality, providing that Japanese level is sufficient

７．Selection process

Applicants who have passed the initial screening will be contacted by December 6. For the second stage, applicants are required to attend an interview and conduct a 15-minute demonstration lesson, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session, at the school.
